And this is where your ride starts… YOUR MISSION As an Account Management Intern you will be part of the Glovo Account Management team you will be liaising with restaurants as well as growing revenues for partners. THE JOURNEY Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement. Evaluate, follow up and build basic reports for partners. Support in actions to reach team goals and company OKRs. Participate in drawing and executing plans, making partners grow through promotions negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling). Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc). Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. Support your team in various initiatives around operational excellence, sales, partner support, monetization, marketing. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Availability for 6 months full-time (student contract is mandatory) Full of energy, positive, “can do” mindset, like to be organised, orientation to details A methodological fast learner profile A Data-driven profile Proficiency in Croatian and English is a must Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) & Excel is nice to have Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
