JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships & Digital Retail Support Specialist to support our team in achieving sales objectives. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for partnerships with car salesmen, assist in the creation of sales materials, and contribute to pricing calculations. You will also support our sales teams with reporting and updates to our web shop.
This role is fixed-term until end of November, 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/commercial education.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and goal-oriented roles.
  • Strong documentation and management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other office applications.
  • Experience in B2B leasing, consumer finance, banking, or insurance.
  • Understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Knowledge of trends and developments in the automotive and automotive leasing market.
  • Thorough knowledge of ALD’s & NF Fleet’s products and services.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.
Responsibilities
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective collaboration and communication.
  • Act as the named contact for partnerships with car salesperson.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and pricing calculations.
  • Provide support to sales teams in reporting and analytics.
  • Update and maintain the web shop to enhance user experience and sales performance.
