In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo, working closely with SMB Account Management Team Manager. Be a part of a Team where you will: Build and lead a high-performing SMB Team. Recruit, onboard and develop your Direct Reports. Help your team achieve ambitious commercial targets through coaching, guidance and performance management. Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to drive growth. Improve ways of working and contribute to selected business initiatives. Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to share best practices and drive business impact. Qualifications You have: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or a fast-paced start-up environment. 2+ years of People management experience or a strong motivation to grow as a leader. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude. Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English. Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
