Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Lead engaging sales training and coaching sessions, motivate an existing sales team and continually develop a growing team.
  • Onboarding – Support the onboarding of new team members with training and support.
  • Team Process: Ensure the team are following the correct Account Management processes and selling Visitor Chat product correctly.
  • Drive Growth of Existing Business: Prospect, contact, and develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Guide Your Team: Identify sales opportunities and work with key stakeholders to effectively present our product’s key features and benefits to the target markets.
  • CRM: Ensure the team are competent in using the CRM correctly from adding detailed notes from account calls, updating deals when upgrading accounts and overall admin responsibilities.
  • Meet KPIs: Strive to exceed individual and team monthly & quarterly targets. Targets – retention %, renewal %, upgrade revenue, Google review and trial to buyer targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular activity reports and quantifiable objective measurements.
  • Development: Support progression pathways for Account Managers to achieve results on larger businesses by installing knowledge and confidence
  • Strategic Thinking: Identify and raise to key stakeholders’ areas for improvement within the sales team

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

  • Bring 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance responsibilities while guiding the team to stay on track and meet goals
  • Know how to inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their best
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve team performance
