What You’ll Do Build Trusted Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, providing exceptional support and proactive communication. Drive Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic engagement. Create Impact: Understand each customer’s goals, challenges, and fleet dynamics, and craft solutions that align with their business objectives. Problem-Solve with Purpose: Tackle issues directly, ensuring quick resolutions and consistent client satisfaction. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Analyze and Report: Track account metrics, prepare insights, and present recommendations that strengthen customer success. Own Renewals: Manage contracts and renewals with precision and a focus on long-term relationships. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within fleet, transportation, or logistics. Proven success achieving or exceeding revenue goals. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. Must be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
