RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER – £28,000–£32,000

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services Ltd, managing one of our major contracts at East Midlands Gateway. You’ll be the bridge between our client, candidates, and coordinators — ensuring the site is fully staffed, operations run smoothly, and service levels are exceeded.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a team of onsite coordinators
  • Owning the client relationship
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, registering, interviewing and ensuring full compliance
  • Handling weekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting site operations with absence management, disciplinaries, and return-to-work meetings
  • Keeping everything running like clockwork — from recruitment targets to H&S compliance

What we’re looking for:

  • Recruitment background (industrial/warehouse/logistics ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships at all levels
  • Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise under pressure
  • Flexibility around working hours (occasional early starts or weekend cover)
