Summary: This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.  This role works closely with all members of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. In addition, this role involves working with existing customers to find out their needs while creating solutions to add value, drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.  Essential Functions: Develop and maintain strong relationships with top tier clients. Support internal teams to improve their performance and reach targets as needed. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, responding to inquiries and providing ongoing support.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize results. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to the company.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and client interactions using customer relationship management software.  Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.  May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 8+ years of experience in sales and direct account management. Experience in customer relationship management software. Travel:  Up to 50%.
