DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Account Manager who excels at building relationships to enhance client reputations. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to execute reputation management services. This position requires strong communication skills and the capacity to handle various accounts with multiple tasks while delivering long-term client satisfaction and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Must have impeccable command of the English language.
  • 3+ years Account Management or Customer Success Management with demonstrated success in public relations, reputation management, marketing or related fields.
  • Reputation management or public relations experience preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM Software, Google Search and SEO is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client check-in calls.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner through email, video calls and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, SEO, PR, Content and Web Development) to ensure client needs are met and tasks are completed.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Create and present performance reports that clearly demonstrate campaign successes and results.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Monitor account performance metrics.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and quality standards.
