We’re now expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join us in Toronto.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Sell 3PL solutions including LTL, FTL, and freight brokerage services across North America
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and pitching to closing new accounts
  • Build long-term customer relationships while consistently acquiring new business
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage (3PL preferred)
  • Strong outbound sales skills – cold calling, prospecting, and new business acquisition
  • Knowledge of LTL, FTL, and over-the-road trucking markets
  • Hunter mentality – driven, persistent, and motivated by results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team culture
