Account Manager
£23,274 - £25,348 depending on experience.
Abbey Fire (UK) is a successful, family-owned company who are now looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
Working full time Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for dealing with our clients, assessing their needs and requirements, looking the more effective ways to meet these. You will be the first port of call for any issues and will demonstrate a proactive approach in this area.
Having gained an excellent knowledge of our products and services, you will be good at multi-tasking, with strong customer service skills. Your great interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication will allow you to build strong working relations both with your clients and the wider company.
We aim to offer our clients the best customer service and are looking for people who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure we achieve this.
Ideally with at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, you will also have good computer skills and at least Maths and English to GCSE level.
