QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Extensive experience (min 5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the sports apparel or related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth, with vast focus on sales, margin, and inventory turn.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage financial and retail data (e.g., margins, retail

math, forecasts) to drive decisions and influence outcomes.

  • Confident, solutions-oriented communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex conversations both internally and externally.
  • Proven relationship-builder who fosters trust and collaboration through a deep understanding of business metrics and retail dynamics.
  • Skilled in planning, time management, and problem-solving, able to anticipate challenges and offer proactive solutions.
  • Effective presenter and communicator across all levels and formats, with the agility to adjust style

based on the audience.

  • Solid understanding of retail sales practices and assortment planning, including sell-through, space

management, and inventory turn.

  • Awareness of the competitive landscape and evolving retail environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
