That means we do it all - strategy, creative, digital, and media - under one roof. As an Account Executive or Account Manager, you are the glue. You’ll be working across our portfolio of ambitious NZ challenger brands (think bras, beer, solar power, and everything in between). This isn't just about sending emails. It’s about: Relationship building: You’re the face of the agency for our clients. You’ll back your skills to build trust, present bold work, and keep projects moving. Creative production: You’ll partner with our designers and copywriters to turn "what if" into "here it is." Driving results: You’ll have a front-row seat to the media results and seeing what delivers retail sales with the satisfaction of seeing your campaigns out in the world. Personal growth: Because we’re indie, you won’t be boxed into a silo. You’ll have more accountability and faster development here than anywhere else. Extraverted by nature: You get your energy from being around people. You’re the one who actually enjoys the presentation part of the project. A "Doer": You have an eye for detail and a knack for organisation. You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen. A Marketing Nerd: You’ve probably got a degree (and 0-2 years of experience) and a genuine passion for how brands communicate in a digital world.
