Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Account Manager (Government Accounts)
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with government clients, especially within GovTech and related public sector entities. You will act as the main liaison between the client and internal delivery and talent acquisition teams, ensuring optimal client satisfaction, successful deployment of resources, and long-term partnership growth.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–6 years in account management, preferably in resource augmentation, staffing, or IT outsourcing.
  • Prior experience managing accounts with government agencies or GovTech is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes (GeBIZ, bulk tenders, etc.).

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication, stakeholders-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, client-focused, resourceful, and collaborative.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and handling multiple accounts and tight timelines.
  • Organised and apt to plan ahead

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s public sector ecosystem is a significant advantage.
