Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role as Account Manager - Acute Care, you will be responsible for the selling of wound care, orthopaedics and compression therapy products in the acute setting covering Scotland.
Territory planning will be key to ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your customers, and collaboration with other team members across the business will be essential to your success.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a permanent, field-based position, and you will be required to live on the territory. Extensive territory travel will be required, including some overnights, and occasional travel off territory for business meetings and conferences as necessary.
This role is a hybrid role with a blend of face to face and remote selling opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Achieve sales growth year on year, as set by company targets
  • Manage and grow accounts through tactical business planning
  • Identify new business opportunities through effective market analysis
  • Develop influential relationships with decision makers
  • Identify key opinion leaders and key accounts at territory level
