POSITION DESCRIPTION

Adagio’s unique and technology and clinical portfolio is based on ultra-low temperature cryoablation (ULTC) and pulsed field cryoablation (PFCA), designed to produce durable, contiguous, transmural anywhere in the heart, and to treat a variety of cardiac disorders.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager - Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key stakeholders within the cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac ablation industry. As an integral part of our European and German field organizations, you will contribute to the growth and adoption of our proprietary ULTC platform for treatment of atrial (iCLAS™) and ventricular (vCLAS™) arrhythmias. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac ablation products, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and industry trends.
Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in medical device sales, particularly within the cardiac electrophysiology and cardiac ablation industry.
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, and relevant medical terminology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
Ambitious/Energetic/Driver personality
Self-starter/ability to act independently without day-to-day direction/guidance.
