The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account growth. As an Account Manager you will work closely with the Products and Development teams to support business initiatives The right person for this role will be a confident communicator, a natural organiser, and a solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building trust with clients, and working closely with internal teams to deliver complex, time-sensitive campaigns without compromising on quality or detail. Most importantly, you’ll be responsible for sustaining long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and performance updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Oversee the execution of complex, time-sensitive campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring expectations are met and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively
