Job Description As part of the growth of the Aeroline market, you will act as an Account Manager, managing and developing your entity's business with major clients Are you passionate about the defense, space, and aerospace sectors and want to make a real impact? At Sopra Steria, we support all manufacturers in our Aeroline market, helping them with their digital and strategic transformation through cutting-edge technologies and decades of expertise. In this context, we are looking for an Account Manager to help us strengthen our presence in Brussels, Charleroi, and Liege. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing existing client accounts and prospects, with a primary focus on the development of our footprints. You will: Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying new opportunities and qualifying client needs, to managing the request processes, securing contracts and ensuring successful project delivery (farming and hunting) Develop the market and create opportunities Build lasting partnerships: establish strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients, always ensuring high satisfaction and added value Support your consultants: ensure a smooth onboarding, regular follow-ups, evaluations, and career development planning for the experts assigned to your accounts Qualifications We’re seeking passionate colleagues who are eager to push the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting.
