Role Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth in the UK market. This role involves identifying, engaging, and securing new clients across various industries, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in BPO sales, relationship management, and consultative selling.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in account management. business development or sales, preferably in the BPO, outsourcing, or customer service industry.
• Proven success in generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
