BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics OR Master’s degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience
• Member of the Order of Agronomists of Quebec, desirable
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of Farm Business Loan Products and Administration
• Developed financial analysis skills
• Strong negotiation skills
