We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, particularly in VAT, income tax, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with VAT, income tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to support management in decision-making.
Supervise, guide, and support the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external authorities when required.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
Prepare management reports highlighting financial performance and variances.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Proven expertise in VAT, income tax compliance, and budgets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional certification like CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus).
