Join Allianz Trade as an Account Manager, where you will be responsible for the strategic ownership of a portfolio of accounts across Oceania. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will play a key role in servicing and retaining clients, while working closely with broker intermediaries to build and maintain relationships that ensure the commercial success of our business. Embrace the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and leverage digital tools to enhance client service and drive innovation Main Responsibilities: Demonstrate ownership and act as the central communication point for a portfolio of clients in multiple locations across Oceania, supporting partners on all general matters related to client policies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as claims, risk, and policy administration, to lead the successful service of our clients. Proactively manage the renewal pipeline and support the new business strategy Oversee the renewal process according to commercial underwriting guidelines. Maintain accurate internal systems and records, including communication and policy-related files. Participate in and support the Account Management team’s strategy, taking ownership of tasks and displaying an innovative mindset to offer solution Who You Are Degree qualified in business, finance, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience. Sound account management experience within the credit insurance industry, with an understanding of Commercial Underwriting and Reinsurance Treaty Guidelines Demonstrated ability to manage and balance performance, prudent underwriting, and client service Proficiency in utilising IT tools, platforms, and systems to manage and deliver work effectively. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-quality relationships with brokers and partners. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Well-developed collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
