The Account Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with medical and operations teams to maximize business performance and increase clinic sales. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Monitor the team's performance and provide coaching and support. Develop sales strategies to increase clinic revenue and patient acquisition. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate. Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure the team follows the clinic's sales process and service standards. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. 3+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Previous experience in wellness, aesthetic, or healthcare clinics is preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
