Amenity Housekeeping provides residential cleaning for luxury apartments. We are a hypergrowth company looking to hire a part-time Partner Care Agent to support our company’s rapid growth. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work from home in a fast paced start up environment where you will play an integral part of our success.

    Salary: $15 per hour, average pay with overrides $25-$35 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Partner with CEO and current team members to provide operational and customer service support to our expanding client base
  • Communicate regularly via phone and email to build relationships with existing clients and support teams
  • Successfully reach pre-established targets for scheduling partner events
  • Update Excel reports and other key internal documents as needed
  • Account Management as well as managing a team of on the ground Brand Ambassadors.
  • Willingness to be responsive occasionally during “off peak” hours, which may include being on call from 5pm-7pm.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned and as the position evolves
