Your role as an Account Manager will require strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering excellence. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with them. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored services and solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients in a compelling manner. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client value. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in account management or a similar role in the events industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
