We are currently seeking an entry level Account Manager / Program Coordinator to join our Focused Markets team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create, manage, and analyze reports.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems and managing transactional processes.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (planning, customer service, quoting, logistics).
  • Flexible to occasionally work evenings to align with Asia-based sites.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude; able to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our sales and operations teams. This role is not customer-facing; instead, you will focus on back-end coordination, order processing, and report management to ensure smooth execution across internal teams and global sites. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, enjoys detail-oriented work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that occasionally requires evening collaboration with Asia-based teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support order management processes, including order entry, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Work closely with site planners, customer service, and quoting teams to ensure accurate execution of orders and shipping instructions.
  • Manage and maintain internal reports required for business operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide cross-functional support between planning, quoting, logistics, and operations teams.
  • Track and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Assist with data analysis in Excel to identify trends, track shipments, and support decision-making.
