About the mahi Your role will see you be responsible for the strategic day to day account management of a portfolio of clients where building and strengthening our relationships is key. You will be supported by admin resources to ensure we are maintaining quality service and growing your portfolio in the market. About you: You will come from a background in health and benefits with the ability to think outside the box, offering solutions and reducing risk for clients. You will be a strong communicator and can build rapport and strength key relationships. You will be responsible for: Managing a specified portfolio of group risk & health accounts for existing & new clients & to create & complete new group sales opportunities Providing high level of service to clients, insurers and proactively work to achieve growth with the wider team Fostering strong internal relationships to enhance the reputation of Aon Skills and experience that will lead to success A mature professional with strong business acumen – calm, composed, confident, organised. A clear and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills – the ability to quickly develop effective business relationships and to work with people of all backgrounds. The ability to manage a demanding workload by prioritising tasks, managing expectations, and enlisting the support of others as required.
