(ATI) is a service-oriented export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export products to new and existing markets. ATI exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide. We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for sales within a specific regional geography to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through strong, long-term relationships. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate increased revenue for the company. This role will be the advocate for client needs internally and coordinate among departments to ensure goals are met, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients. What You’ll Do Deliver Sales Targets - Achieve regional sales and profitability goals for assigned accounts while maintaining accurate forecasts. Build Strong Client Partnerships - Develop deep understanding of customer goals and strategies. Create joint business plans to maximize opportunities with existing products and launch new ones successfully. Execute Sales & Marketing Plans - Implement sales strategies and promotional programs for your designated accounts and territories. Drive Account Development – Track account performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Identify up-selling opportunities, resolve issues, and ensure execution of agreed plans and reporting requirements. Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, information flow, and issue resolution. Monitor & Report Performance - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit timely reports. Communicate key updates, challenges, and wins to the Regional Sales Head. Lead Business Reviews - Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business reviews with key customers to track progress and align on next steps. Qualifications What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in management administration, finance, or related field 5+ years of sales experience with solid food and beverage products and international business management experience. Understanding of client needs, identifying opportunities, leveraging sales & negotiation skills and possessing financial acumen to drive revenue effectively. Strong relationship-building skills, flexibility, and adaptability to various time-zones to optimize customer satisfaction in partnering with ATI. Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with clients, internal teams and management; with the ability to build trust-based relationships, foster client loyalty. Familiar with common software and CRM tools like SAP; Gathering and analyzing data to understand consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions. Results oriented, customer centric mindset, empathy & listening to customer's needs. Positive and winning attitude toward different challenges. Excellent communication, able to juggle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize them based on their importance to the company sales goal. Availability to travel as needed. Fluency in Asian language(s) a plus. Japanese preferred. What you’ll be paid: Commensurate with experience, you will be paid $66,560 – $93,100 annually.
