SALARY & BENEFITS

• £26,000 - £30,000 starting annual salary, depending on prior experience
• Uncapped bonus scheme based on sales, clients on boarding and age debt.
• Different options: Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm / 8am-5pm / 10am-7pm
• Office based (no remote working)

The account manager will be responsible for managing their own client portfolio working closely with the sector lead (Commercial Operations Manager)
You will be looking after existing clients, responding to all their needs and focusing on sales to bring in revenue to the department by ensuring all client requests are met to their expectations.
You will be work on bringing in new clients (business development) and chasing outstanding invoices from previous months (credit control).
Our commercial sector is a busy place to work. You’ll need to be able to focus on customer needs and prioritise your sales processes effectively.
Ultimate goal is to ensure customer retention is maintained whilst sales revenue is improved.
The role is suited to someone with an account management background with sales experience who’s confident, ambitious and with excellent customer care skills.
