We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead growth in our Machinery Health Management (MHM) portfolio. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will: Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of Emerson’s Machinery Health Management (MHM) solutions across South East Australia by managing accounts, following up on leads, and building a strong opportunities pipeline in CRM. Be the Expert: Serve as a trusted technology advisor, providing customers and internal teams with guidance on application, implementation, and maintenance of reliability solutions. Shape Strategy: Collaborate on customer-focused sales strategies, ensuring competitive pricing and margin management for MHM products and services. Build Relationships: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Stay Ahead: Keep all stakeholders informed on account status, market trends, development programs, and project pursuits. Promote Innovation: Support marketing initiatives such as seminars, roadshows, training programs, and new product launches to showcase Emerson’s cutting-edge solutions. Who You Are: You are a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and delivering technical solutions that make a real impact. You’re comfortable navigating complex challenges, influencing stakeholders, and working independently while collaborating with a global team. Your ability to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen sets you apart. For This Role, You Will Need: Trade Certificate (Electrical/Mechanical) or tertiary qualification. Strong technical experience in Condition-Based Maintenance (CbM) and reliability practices. Proven experience in sales and marketing, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Ability to travel primarily across VIC, NSW, SA, TAS and throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.
