JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and driven Account Manager to spearhead our new business initiatives. This role is crucial for someone dedicated to creating and capturing business opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, engaging with potential clients, and developing strategies to bring in new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a robust strategic approach to creating business relationships from the ground up and will set the stage for lasting partnerships.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, in a digital marketing agency or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital services including marketing, social media, and digital services online.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Active Campaign), and basic Excel for creating pricing formulas.
  • Experience with phone-based selling and outbound sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with proficiency in IT.
