Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. Your proactive communication strategies will drive high client satisfaction and engagement. Main Responsibilities Establish and foster a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client, driving continued value of our products and services. Ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and support to clients through proactive communication strategies. Serve as an escalation point for account management problems, client issues, and communications. Play a crucial role in identifying and investigating potential project and support needs for clients. Assist in developing multi-year lifecycle plans to help assigned clients meet their future business goals. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to determine necessary involvement, establish timelines, and manage time effectively to ensure client satisfaction. Provide ad-hoc reporting to clients using internal tools. Offer hardware/software procurement support and quoting. Maintain a working relationship with vendors to assist clients with solution requests. Assist with service level tracking and reporting. Keep engaged with current industry trends affecting our clients. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience, including a background in software sales and technical expertise. Strong consultative selling skills with a demonstrated proficiency in understanding and meeting client needs. Experience in supporting and selling Microsoft products, servers, networks, and desktops. Strong conflict resolution skills, our clients will come to you with issues, and you must have the confidence to engage the right resources and think strategically to come up with the best path forward. Professional oral/written communication and executive-level presentation skills. Exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and projects. Adaptability to a fast-moving, dynamic environment, managing clients in multiple verticals. Familiarity with industry trends. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation. Proficiency in articulating technical concepts to clients with clarity. Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
