As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing collision repairs referred by dealerships, providing accurate estimates, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Collision Repair Shop Experience: A strong background in collision repair is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience required.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Account Manger is responsible for capturing & facilitating collision repairs referred by the dealership, providing accurate estimates for customers, and maintaining strong dealer relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask effectively and provide excellent customer service.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Generate New Business: Prospect within the independent customer and dealer market to secure new business opportunities.
  • Estimate Generation: Write preliminary collision repair estimates for customers.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain and grow dealer relationships by acting as a liaison between AW Collision and customers/dealers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed about vehicle repair status and services.
  • Insurance Coordination: Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for repairs.
  • Vehicle & Customer Management: Handle customer files, vehicles, and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up, including documentation, photographing vehicles, preparing paperwork, and arranging transportation.
  • Purchase Order Collection: Collect purchase orders for warranty/internal work completed for dealers.
