At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve a yearly retention target through Sales Retention.
  • Work within the commercial rules and budget allocation for your portfolios, ensuring all data requirements are kept up to date.
  • Develop relationships with our internal and external customers by providing an efficient and reliable service across all communication channels.
  • Ensure all sales complaints and grumbles raised are handled, monitored and recorded using the agreed complaints escalation process and systems.
  • Provide a professional service to all our customers ensuring that core behaviours are in mind when dealing with complaints and they are handled within our agreed SLA’s.
  • Consistently evidence that you are delivering accurate and compliant information to customers.
