What you’ll bring

• Prior experience in operations or customer service within Life Insurance or Superannuation is preferred.
• Ability to develop deep relationships with stakeholders and deliver great client outcomes
• Proficiency with Excel and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• A desire to work with clients matched with an understanding of the importance of delivering an exceptional service.
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes
