Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Affiliate Account Manager within our Performance Marketing Division, you will play a key role in driving B2B partner acquisition and revenue growth. This client-facing position requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple affiliate programs, build strong relationships, and optimize performance to ensure account growth.
You will serve as an extension of our clients’ team, leading efforts in recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and reporting. This role requires a blend of sales, account management, and ability to assess challenges and develop practical solutions to deliver measurable results and scalable growth. In essence, a proactive approach to scaling, troubleshooting and optimizing affiliate partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute day-to-day operations of multiple B2B affiliate programs, ensuring continuous optimization and revenue growth.
  • Prospect and recruit high-value affiliate partners aligned with client goals.
  • Assist in delivering recommendations and executing strategies to improve affiliate program success.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to activate, retain, and improve affiliate performance
  • Negotiate and manage key affiliate partnerships, ensuring long-term profitability.
  • Leverage data to track KPIs, forecast revenue, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, Directors and other key team members to drive results.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (1-2 times per year) to strengthen partnerships and business development.
