As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Brazilian market, working with multinational companies and building long-term relationships with decision-makers across global organizations. What you will do Develop the Brazilian market by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers. Create proposals and lead negotiations to close strategic deals. Build strong relationships with global learning leaders and decision-makers within multinational companies. Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within your client portfolio. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term client success. Develop compelling business cases that clearly demonstrate the ROI of goFLUENT solutions. Represent goFLUENT at industry events and conferences, as well as through strategic client visits. What we are looking for 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in SaaS or international environments is a strong plus. Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different levels, including senior managers and C-level executives. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Portuguese. Proactive, collaborative, self-motivated, and resilient mindset. English – minimum B2 level. Active in professional networks such as LinkedIn. Experience in Training, e-learning, or HR services is a strong advantage. What we offer Our culture is unique.
