Job Description This role is based in our K11 Atelier office. Role Overview We are currently looking for an Account Manager for our AMWC - The Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress. For decades, AMWC has brought together the minds shaping the future of aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. More than a congress, it is where vision, science, and innovation come together — setting the pace for an entire field and has defined the global standard in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine for 25 years. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing target customers for exhibitions, actively seeking potential customers, deeply exploring customer needs, and providing targeted exhibition solutions. Proactively learn and understand market trends in relevant fields. Identify new customers and market opportunities through market research, data analysis, and competitor studies. Regularly collect customer feedback to provide suggestions for exhibition optimization. Complete individual and team sales targets within the specified time frame, including customer numbers and revenue indicators. Develop personal sales plans to facilitate the conversion of target customers from intention to contract signing. Provide professional exhibition recommendations to customers, and develop customized solutions based on the exhibition theme and customer needs. Clearly convey the core value of the exhibition to help customers recognize the significance and commercial returns of participating. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure that customer exhibition requirements are fully implemented during exhibition execution. Handle issues encountered by customers during the exhibition process and provide timely support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with 2-3 years of B2B sales or customer management experience. Familiarity with the exhibition sales or service industry is preferred. Successful experience in independently developing customers, and proficiency in dealing with medium and large-sized enterprises Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
