WS Audiology Benelux B.V. is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager for Belgium (Wallonia) and Luxembourg, who combines strong commercial skills with a service-oriented mindset and preferably a background in the audiology sector. You will strengthen our Benelux team and play a key role in expanding our presence in this important market.

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong commercial drive and a passion for customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with strong listening abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive; comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
  • Structured and goal-oriented, with strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in French, with good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Account Manager Belux, you will build and maintain strong relationships with audiologists and hearing centres across Belgium and Luxembourg. You are their trusted partner, helping them succeed by providing solutions and expertise that truly add value. In this role, you will:

  • Develop new business opportunities, particularly in Wallonia.
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships. Present our Signia hearing solutions and provide training, demonstrations, and aftersales support.
  • Represent WSA at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure partners are optimally supported.
  • Drive your region based on structured account plans and market insights.

You will spend most of your time visiting clients across your region, while also staying connected with colleagues at our Benelux office in Zoetermeer.
