DESCRIPTION
Betches Media is looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing Sales & Partnerships team. This individual will act as a key post-sale partner to clients, owning the execution and performance of their multi-platform campaigns from start to finish. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and renewal, this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes full ownership of the campaigns they manage.
As the main point of contact for clients after a deal closes, you will lead project management across digital, social, podcast, web, newsletter, and event-based campaigns. Your role will ensure that each campaign exceeds expectations—delivered on time, with quality execution, and clear performance insights. You will also provide strategic recommendations, identify upsell opportunities, and play a crucial role in driving return business through strong relationship management and a client-first mindset.
