ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Work from home, with occasional travel to trade shows, customer meetings, and quarterly team gatherings.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to help nurture and grow Bibado’s key relationships; from wholesale and retail partners to international distributors. You’ll be helping us expand our brand reach, strengthen partnerships, and ensure our products enhance early years development by fully harnessing the incredible opportunity which weaning with meaning offers.
Hours & Salary: We’re open to full-time or part-time. The role attracts a salary of circa £40K pro rata but we’re flexible for the right person, so don’t let the figure put you off applying.

Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE

The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing Bibado’s key commercial relationships, both in the UK and internationally. This includes managing existing wholesale, distribution and retail accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, and ensuring Bibado products are positioned for long-term commercial success.
You’ll play a critical role in expanding our brand reach through strategic account development and exceptional service. Working closely with the Marketing, Operations and Finance teams, you’ll ensure that every account is supported in a way that aligns with Bibado’s mission: to make family mealtimes easier, less messy and more enjoyable.
The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, supporting the development of commercial strategies, and ensuring alignment with Bibado’s values and customer promise. You’ll manage one direct report, supporting their development and helping shape a high-performing, motivated team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key wholesale, retail, and distribution partners.
  • Manage communications, promotions, and performance reporting for accounts.
  • Support the creation and execution of Bibado’s wholesale and B2B strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accounts thrive.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities that align with our values and products.
  • Line manage and support one direct report.
  • Represent Bibado at trade shows and industry events.
