Coordinate bond approvals by communicating with surety companies and clients and maintaining complete underwriting files. Process bond requests and provide required file information and copies to surety partners. Assist clients with billing and renewal questions and help resolve related issues. Maintain bond forms and surety documents to ensure smooth issuance workflows. Request interim and annual financial statements and work-on-hand schedules in partnership with the producer, as required by sureties. Promptly respond to customer questions and requests for assistance. Communicate with the Bond Manager or producer regarding significant requests, problems, or missing information. Maintain accurate electronic account files and fully use the agency management system in daily work. Prioritize workload to meet objectives and timelines, asking for support when needed. Participate in quality reviews and comply with quality program requirements. Follow agency and department procedures. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and surety representatives to support retention. Protect confidential and sensitive information. Continue learning through newsletters, bulletins, seminars, and other development opportunities. Maintain regular and consistent attendance. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
