Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned brand clients in India. • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your brand accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives. • Understand client's business objectives, challenges, and market landscape to proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell/cross-sell our products/services. • Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and oversee the successful onboarding and implementation of solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and regular business reviews to key stakeholders. • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to both clients and internal management. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific market developments, particularly within the Indian context. Requirements: • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, managing brand accounts. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong emphasis on effective communication in a diverse professional environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Prior experience working within the Indian market or with Indian clients, demonstrating cultural awareness. • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
