Renegade Insurance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and working closely with our agents to ensure that our clients receive the best insurance coverage and service. You will be an integral part of the Renegade team, providing outstanding customer service, promoting policy renewals, and expanding our business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of Insurance Account Management.
  • Proven relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, listening and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a highly collaborative member of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment.
  • Skill, experience, proficiency, and ability to communicate regarding company policies and underwriting guidelines of multiple carrier partners.
  • Must be able to research and analyze complex problems.
  • Comfort with customer interactions through various communication methods and must be able to represent the organization professionally and responsibly.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer software.
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Lead Management software preferred.
  • EPIC knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with agents to provide support in delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Promote policy renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Manage and process client policy changes, updates, and claims.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with agents to develop marketing strategies to drive new business acquisition.
  • Participate in regular meetings with internal stakeholders to review account performance and discuss strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our business.
