WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • Minimum 5 years ICT account management experience
  • A successful track record of achieving sales revenue targets
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex whole of business IT and Telecommunications solutions.
  • Consultative sales experience and approach
  • Demonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process and pipeline

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team working in our Adelaide office. As an Account Manager, you will find yourself managing a portfolio of customers across the entire Brennan solution stack, ensuring they receive a seamless experience at every interaction. Having an MSP/Systems Integrator background is highly desirable.
The role will have two primary responsibilities; driving the customer experience and ensuring patch retention and growth to meet set targets. They must be able to work unsupervised and on their own initiative. The successful candidate will have to have a good balance between customer service, commercial acumen and a strong desire to achieve set targets. The ability to travel to client sites is crucial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting with our customers and looking for new business and cross selling opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer’s business including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops on how technology can help address their business requirements.
  • Developing customer intelligence and customer relationships to support retention and growth. Ensuring that all our customer contracts are renewed on time.
  • Act as the main customer-facing resource for a defined portfolio of customers - including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning solution presentations and demonstrations, and technical/product guidance in meetings etc.
  • Plan and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timelines and integrate personal sales efforts with other organised marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with all Practices and Vendors to ensure full knowledge of services and products, this will include attending training courses when required.
  • Driving future technology roadmaps for the customer.
  • Preparation of proposals, contracts, and tender responses.
  • Bid management, interaction with Presales, Service Delivery, and management to design solutions for our customers
