Job Summary: We are seeking an aggressive, target‑driven, and results‑oriented Sales Executive to develop and expand business for lubricants and specialty chemicals in Hong Kong. You will own the full sales cycle: new client acquisition, key account management, revenue growth, and margin improvement. This role demands strong business drive, market intelligence, and consistent over‑achievement of sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales, volume, and gross profit targets for lubricants and chemicals. • Proactively identify, prospect, cold‑call, and close new industrial and commercial customers across manufacturing, shipping, automotive, machinery, and related sectors. • Manage and grow key accounts; conduct regular business reviews, cross‑sell, and upsell to maximize account penetration and profitability. • Provide professional product and application support, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure smooth order execution. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; deliver actionable insights to strengthen market position. • Work closely with product, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery, and service excellence. • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and business reports. Requirements: Education: University graduate (Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline preferred). Experience: 3–5 years of solid B2B sales experience in lubricants, industrial chemicals, or related industrial products. Others Aggressive and hungry for success with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Strong new business development, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken). Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with Hong Kong industrial markets and key industries is highly advantageous.
