British American Tobacco Finland has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in Helsinki
Due to the continued growth of our organisation in Finland we are looking to strengthen our ambitious Account Management team. Due to the level of this role we are looking for existing experience in Account Management and a strong understanding of the FMCG market.
The role is responsible for demonstrating BAT’s global position within locally based organised accounts in order to establish outstanding key account management in BAT. Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handling a portfolio of accounts, tracking Account budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure optimal use of financial resource allocated for the key account group.
  • Developing, implementing & maintaining portfolio of new & current accounts
  • Ensuring all relevant BAT & account systems/ processes are identified, understood & actioned to achieve excellence in execution
  • Continuously monitoring the Performance & Dynamics of the accounts within the Portfolio, through data, consumer and market analysis, to identify and exploit current and future business issues and opportunities.
  • Developing strong business relationships with both trade partners and internal departments.
  • Holding Account performance reviews & continuously review account contact strategy and re-align as appropriate to deliver objectives and improve business effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely communication to all relevant collaborators of any variances to plans.
  • Communicating competitor and market intelligence to relevant internal partners.
  • Planning, coordinating and ensuring timely & accurate pricing comms to the leadership team.
  • Measuring & analysing BAT and competitors’ performance in accounts
  • Analysing BAT demand side and supply side business performance in accounts
