We are looking for someone who is resilient, with a results-oriented approach to relationship development, and a deep understanding of the Commercial Builders.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in solutions-based and consultative sales, ideally in the commercial construction or building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong territory management skills with experience in identifying and capturing new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the Builders market and an existing account base (advantageous).
  • Background in construction industries (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance relationships with customers, clients, and partners, understanding their requirements and aligning them with our suite of access solutions and services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the Commercial Builders market.
  • Work collaboratively with product management and our strategic sales team, to understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards.
  • Ensure alignment of our solutions with sustainable, ongoing business opportunities in the Commercial Builders sector.
  • Manage the interface between your territory and the broader sales team, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
  • Represent dormakaba as the “face of the Commercial Builders channel,” acting as an industry expert.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales forecasting and pipeline management
