As an Account Manager, you’ll support our tradie customers to get the most from the Builderscrack platform, providing personalised service, helping them connect with more clients, and ensuring they succeed with our digital tools. You know you are successful when you are retaining and upgrading a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you’re able to use your knowledge of the Builderscrack product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.
