We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager/Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our staffing firm to a portfolio of clients. Your primary goal is to build lasting relationships, understand their staffing needs inside and out, and deliver top-notch talent solutions that fuel their success. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 7+ years overall experience and minimally 2-4 years of experience in a staffing capacity, outside sales, or customer facing service role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Experience with lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Management: Strong relationship building and management skills. Ability to foster trust and loyalty with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the staffing industry, the client’s industry, and talent acquisition best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and Grow: Proactively engage with existing clients in-person and virtually to cultivate strong relationships and expand our service offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client base.
  • Sales Success: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by placing qualified candidates in open positions. Manage the full recruiting cycle from securing, properly vetted job orders to fulfillment.
  • Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality candidates, providing exceptional service, and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans for each client, outlining goals, activities, and performance metrics. Regularly report on account health and progress towards goals.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique staffing requirements, culture, and challenges.
