What the day will look like Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across diversified market segments Work with other teams in cross-selling activities Convert opportunities by demonstrating expertise and ability to meet clients' needs Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ working experience in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred. Solid experience in Employee Benefits is a definite advantage. Holder of FLMI, MPF Intermediary, or IIQE are preferred Organized, with strategic mindset and case management skills Eagar to learn, self-motivated and with positive personality Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
